After your cleaning, we’ll follow up to see how it went. If you opt for a recurring cleaning, we’ll schedule you for the same day and time, either weekly or bi-weekly.

Yes, we offer flexible recurring options for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. Let us know what works best for your schedule!

We understand that plans change. Just contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, which goes directly to your cleaner to cover their loss of income. For Monday appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be arranged by 5pm on the Thursday prior.

Yes! We are fully insured and bonded. Your safety, as well as the security of our team members, is our top priority, and we have comprehensive coverage to ensure everyone is protected.

We accept credit and debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
